Summer Days with Talent in Utah

July 2, 2016

Last week a group of amazing women and I teamed up to do a giant collaborative photoshoot. We all brought our unique talents to the table and made something fabulous! Blogging is so much fun because I get to meet so many talented, interesting, and genuinely nice people. It has also been nice building new relationships and connecting with people whom I may have not met if I had not gotten into the blogging world. I am so grateful for all of you!

All of the clothes I am wearing are from this local boutique in downtown Salt Lake City called Gypsy Soul Gallery. I am obsessed with all the clothes in there. The owner Heather also so kind and free spirited! I just love her!

This romper I am wearing is Blue Life and it’s called the Life’s A Beach Romper. So cute and casual. Perfect for summer because it is so light weight and flowy. I also am obsessed with these sleeves!

The belt I am wearing here is Natalie B Jewelry. So fun!

This next outfit is one of my favorites. Its totally bad a$$! I love how flowy the skirt is and also how it has the high to low thing going on. You could wear this with flip flops or boots! The skirt and tank are Still Water.

The choker I am wearing was designed by Ettika can be foundΒ here.

My hair stylist and make up artist is Elizabeth Canzonetti. She does a lot of my hair and makeup for different photoshoots. She is amazing! I am always happy with what she does. She works out of Pamela’s Salon in Holladay, Utah. Through out this photoshoot she kept changing up my hair and make up! It was so much fun. I felt like a total diva!

This outfit is just so much fun. It makes me want to go to a music festival or frolic in nature somewhere. I am such a nerd, I know! It looks like a romper but it is actually a two piece which is nice because you could also mix and match. The brand is Blue Life. Love all their stuff!

The handmade Jewelry I am wearing is from a Utah based company called Dot & Evelyn. So dainty and beautiful!

How gorgeous is this For Love & Lemons dress! It is so unique and also my favorite color, black! I love how flattering black is on pretty much everyone. The lace makes your typical little black dress a little more sexy. It can be foundΒ here.

The back of this dress is my favorite part!

Mckell Davis was the videographer for this shoot! Yes, we made Β video!! It will be at the bottom of this blog post. She did such an amazing job and loves what she does! She is also so nice and is such a doll. Here is a shot of her in action.

Drum roll please!

This For Love & Lemons romper was my favorite!! It is so classy and beautiful! I usually can’t wear rompers because I am too tall but this one fit me perfectly! You can find itΒ here.

Ear cuffs are my favorite summer accessory. They can make an outfit so fun! The Gypsy Soul Gallery has so many unique ones!

All of the photos were taken by Makenzie Jamias. She is one of my favorite photographers! I am always so amazed with how good the pictures turn out. I have shot with her a few times because I love her work so much!

I am so grateful for this team of beautiful young women I got to work with. We had so much fun and it was a great way for us all to express ourselves through creativity. It was about 100 degrees outside and there were a bunch of bugs around. They were such troopers. They are such dedicated women and I am so lucky to have them in my life.
