Garden of Flavor ‘s New Cold-Pressed Energy Juice Drink

November 1, 2017

Garden of Flavor just came out with a new line of organic cold-pressed energy juice drinks. They are tasty but also healthy! Since moving to Utah, hiking as become a huge part of my life. Another part of my Utah journey has been to make healthier choices.

I love putting things into my body that make me feel good and give me the good kind of energy not the jittery kind. I have been trying to cut back on coffee because I am naturally an anxious person so drinking two cups of coffee a day might not be the best daily decision to make.

This past weekend I drank these Garden of Flavor Energy Drinks and I had no jitters, a healthy amount of energy and I wasn’t dragging on my hikes. I tried all four flavors, Wheatgrass & Pineapple, Aronia Berry & Blackberry, Turmeric Root & Ginger Root, Pear & Reishi. They were all delicious!

Each flavor has the sustained energy of Guayusa which delivers 100mg of natural, plant based caffeine to provide sustainable energy without jitters of crash and a full serving of organic Cold-Pressed Juice along with Probiotic Cultures.

I love anything with Turmeric in it because that is good for inflammation and helps with my Interstitial Cystitis. Naturally I was drawn to the Turmeric Root & Ginger Root flavor and it ended up being one of my favorites!

If you want a drink that is a healthy and an effective energy drink I would strongly recommend this line from Garden of Flavor. For the locals in Utah, they can be purchased at the Whole Foods in Park City.

I’ve very little expertise in programming but I had been hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyhow,
should you have any suggestions or tips for new blog owners please share.

I know this is off subject nevertheless I simply wanted to ask.

    Thanks a lot!
